A seemingly silly question
It appears I am alittle dysfunctional in the fact that I cannot use or give any items in game (i.e. the Halls of Stone - Foundry and Naga Blood). Any help would be appreciated.

you right click on the items, and a sub menu will pop up, and say somthing like place vial of naga's blood, select that
