Does wisdom affect the xp your party members receive?

Well, the Wisdom of Nameless One determines the bonus to whatever XP the party gains. However, there are certain instances in the game where other partymembers gets a lump of XP, without sharing it with the others, but I'm fairly certain that their Wisdom does not grant them any bonus. However, I can't remember if that's the case, but I believe that the bonus to XP through a high Wisdom score is something that's exclusive to Nameless One.

If the Nameless One gets like 1.000 XP from a kill and has a 20% bonus, he gets 1.200 XP. Now, with 6 partymembers that should amount to 200 each. The Wisdom of the partymembers does not add anything extra to those 200 they receive. If, say, Dak'kon has a Wisdom score that would equal a 25% bonus to XP, he still doesn't get 250 XP, just 200. Or at least that's what I've been told. Feel free to correct me, if I'm wrong.
