teeth vs teeth (Marta question)

Is there a way to get both the teeth of the Viper and the gauntlets of the teeth ? Or do I have to just bite the bullet and just pick one? As in, is it supposed to be mutually exclusive or does a fix give the option of buying both from her?

I checked gamebanshee and rpgclassics and both say that the item can be bought from marta but it doesn't come up as an option if I went the lawful route and offered to buy from her. I can only get them by the chaotic route and tricking her into giving them to me. But by tricking her, I can no longer buy from her. When I ask her if she has anything else, she just says that I took everything. Tried pickpocketing and got a bronze ring.
