Technical problems with PS:T

Hey!

I have some issues with spell effects causing a terrible lag and sometimes even crash the game. I play on Windows Vista 32 bit, and I did expect to have some problems cause of this. I've been looking around for some fixes, but nothings helped me any. The one thing I havent tried is turning off hardware acceleration, but my (nVidia) driver doesn't let me do that. I'd like to know if there is some other way to fix this other than having to uninstall the driver, as I play other games than PS:T, or if there is some entirely different fix.

[Nightmare]

I'm guessing you have a new-ish Nvidia card? If so, try the Nvidia fix found here.

It's supposed to fix the problems that newer cards have with drawing the game.
