With that thing, you can farm the abishai for about two thousand (or four thousand, can't remember) experience each. | After 4-5 playthroughs, I still don't know what it does... Care to enlighten me please? |

| | | Spoiler: At first, you're introduced to it as a sling, which does about 1-2 damage, then it turns into a bow that does significantly more and has multi-fire capabilities (as the ice dagger, minus the area of effect and finally it turns into a ballista, which does the most (around thirty) damage and has the same multifire capabilities as its' predecessor.
It's a VERY powerful spell, and best of all, it's at level one. I believe that the different forms become available either after you reach a certain point in the game or after you've reached a certain level.
Don't forget that you can use it in combination with Enoll Eva's Duplication to achieve an even more devastating effect.
The fire rate is pretty fast, so it can definitely take down mages with ease and stop enemies in their tracks.

Thanks in advance.
Yes, this spell probably takes the prize for being my most favorite. Not only is it useful, but it's fun to use. Don't forget that the number of your level one slots is doubled with the Mage Tattoo. This spell definitely beats most of the higher level ones.

| | | Spoiler:It grants extra attacks by clicking on the target, like Force Missile? (Or Improved Magic Missile, or whatever, the lvl 4 one.)
Added the tag. |

| | | Yes. Your cursor gets a small shining symbol next to it, as it does with the Force Missiles spell, and you can click an opponent as long as charges remain.

| | | About classes You all seems to agree that it is best to attain warrior levels up to six, then a level in mage, then two levels of warrior, and last a level of thief at level 10, after which any class is fine. How have ypu come to this conclusion? If you can't access the other classes's (did I spell that right?) abilities, then why bother with other classes than the one you want? You should have Hannah to provide thief skills anyway, for example. |

That way, you can get a powerful tattoo only available if your class was the same at that those times in your progressive career.
No good reason I could think of for being a thief at any level, since Hannah can easily outclass you unless you put a lot of time and effort into it. As for whether to play a mage or a fighter, that's entirely up to you. Both have their followers, and both characters are very impressive in the end.

| | | The methodology that Towerwizard suggested is what you do if your intent is to get maximum hit points. At level 10, fighters and clerics don't get a full hit die, while thieves and mages do. Therefore, if hit points is your primary concern, taking thief at 10th level theoretically gets you the most.
Shameless self-plug: I do have to note that none of this silliness is necessary with my mods. My Fixpack changes the way hit dice are gained to match what it says in the manual: you gain hit points as a fighter when you raise your highest level class regardless of which class it is (and none when levelling your lower level classes - you weren't supposed to get that 1hp then either).
