Party Reform bug

Hi guys,

Just wondering how to fix a particular bug i have with party members re-joining after being reformed. Basically I'm quite early in the game and I've come up to a point where I get teleported into a maze by 'The Lady' and once I escape my party have left me, so I return to their original locations but cannot initiate dialogue with them therefore cannot rejoin with them. I'd like to know if there's a patch fix for this and where if available?
