Something weird....
I am level 1 with 8k exp, which means I can level up into level 3 (I'm a mage).
Weird thing is if I do level up I only gain 1 hp, no matter if I load and retry. 1 hp for 2 levels just sounds completely off?

Your character started out as a Fighter, so you already received 1-10 hit points for each Fighter level. I assume that your character is at least a 3rd level Fighter. When your Mage level exceeds the level you reached as a Fighter, you'll start getting 1-4 hit points per level. In the meantime, you get 1 hit point for 2nd level Mage and 1 hit point for 3rd level Mage.

According to AD&D dualclassing rules you shouldn't get any HP at all unless you level up your highest level class.
But as the fantastic NO, you even get an extra HP for free. So be
My NO did get the same bonusses, 1 HP each time a class which wasn't the highest one levelled. Make sure that you gain your other levels one by one. (although 1 HP more or less doesn't really matter that much in PST)

PST's rules are slightly different from the standard AD&D set.
