How to get different classes then warrior?

I have been able to get thif, but im interested in how to get all classes?

There are only three classes you can learn. Have you found the old lady who lives in a raised shack in the middle of a nearly empty district? Speak to her about magic.

As I wrote above, there are only three classes you can have. Your PC is a fighter and thief, and I mentioned becoming a mage.
