So I have done the quest for nemelle to find her friend or so. And I know she has the word for Ignus. But every time I now talk to her she just says something and then I can only say gooodby..... I think I have the potion but...

You've already found the decanter, I'm assuming. Did you give Glyve a taste of the decanter (in the Catacombs)? I know you have to do that to get him to tell you to seek out Nemelle on the subject. It's possible you can't trigger the appropriate dialogues wit her until after learning of the appropriate information from Glyve. Otherwise, I'm wondering if you have to ask her about the decanter prior to finding her friend for her. If you have an earlier save, you might try that.
