Fortress of Regrets

Hey my name is Jamaye and I'm the only guy with this problem. Every time I arrive at the Fortress' door it freezes up before I can do anything. I've already downloaded the patch but still nothing and I'm @$%#!@# pissed off. Can someone help me.!!

Approaching the door triggers a video, I think. It's possible that video isn't working.
As for how to fix that...I'm not sure. There could be something that disables videos in the configuration file in the place you installed the game...and it's possible that playing the game in windowed mode would also stop it freezing.
If you can find the file...I think it's called something like config.ini...and open it, it should have a list of features followed by a 1 or 0 (in most cases). Switching the 1 for a 0 activates or deactivates the feature.
