Can't get to Ravel

Okay, I think I've hit a brick wall, or a major bug.

****SPOILERS BELOW (Obviously)****

I've obtained the unfolding portal, I've completed all the quests inside the Brothel, and I've even gotten to the point where Kesai-Serris summons her father to verifiy that she's Ravel's daughter; But I can't prompt her to give me a drop of her blood. I'm probably just missing something somewhere, but I can't help feeling it's a bug, rather, as I swear I've done all I need to.

I suppose the question to ask would be: Where do I go to 'find out' in the game that I'll need Kesai's blood? I imagine this could be the issue, and so it's probably the best bet I have to getting through this.

You need to talk to Quell, in the Private Sensoriums.

OH! XD Well God damnit! Haha, thank you!

Probably my biggest 'beef' with Planescape; there are far too many instances where you have NO direction and simply have to ask every NPC with a name. I can't imagine how anyone might think to pursue Quell, that batty candy-obsessed wizard.

Ah well, thanks again!

Well, Montague and Splinter will both tell you to do so if you ask them about Ravel, but yeah, it's not hard to miss.

Anyways, glad I could help, g'luck.
