Depends on what you're looking for. "Platter's Miscellaneous Torment Crap" is about the neatest Torment site that is still fairly active (part of the Torment Fix Patch) - http://platter.jink.org/

Gamespot has a fairly active PST forum, comparable to this one, as well. http://forums.gamespot.com/gamespot/...p?board=187975

Sorceror's Place does as well - http://www.sorcerers.net/ubb/ultimat...?/forum/3.html

There are probably more specialized Torment sites out there, but I'm not familiar with them. Likewise, there are lots of walkthrough sites (most not as through as Game Banshee's) you can probably find easily enough, though most haven't been updated in some time.
