| | | Revamped Battle of the Bands
Well, since the other thread seems to have gone bye-bye, I figured that we should try to continue where we left off. As far as I can remember, the last scoring was something like this:
61 Stevie Ray Vaughan
39 The Smiths
20 Iced Earth
I don't know for sure, but this is sticking in my mind. And the sum should be 120, which it is. So unless anyone has any adjustments that should be made (like if I remembered the scores wrong), let's just go with this.
Since I put the scores up I won't vote today (let's say that no votes happen today to give people a chance to see the thread is back). We can start voting Sunday, whenever that hits your timezone.
Since this is a new thread, here are the rules for anyone that's new: - All bands start with the same # of points (this set started with 6 bands each having 20 points).
- When a band gets to 0 points it is eliminated.
- When a band gets to 100 points it is declared the winner (goal is based on # of bands).
- When you vote, you apply a total of +4 points and -4 points.
- You can mix your points to as many or as few bands as you wish (all +4 to a single band, +2 to two bands, and similar for the -4).
- You may only vote once per day (based on your local timezone).
- After your vote the sum of all points for all bands should be (for this game) 120 points.
