Need help finding track/CD.

Hiya all.

Guess it is time to turn to GameBanshee for aid, because I'm comming up pretty much empty in my own attempts.

I'm trying to tack down a song on CD (single is fine by me) by an artist called "Edvika" which is named "Once in a Lifetime"
I mostly need an unmixed version (to begin with), but if additional mixes exists on the CD I can live with that.

All attempts I've had of trying to find this track has led me to a webshop in Spain which apparently doesn't accept my visa card and some other 12" versions which - well - I can't play.
And I've gotten no response from the spanish webshop.

As far as I know Edvika is a (female) Belgian sollists which have been in various groups etc. The genre is "trance"/vocaltrance/dance - along that line.
The song should have been released in about 2002, but again - if tracking down the lable (Full Access) all I turn up is dead ends

Can anybody help me at all? Perhaps somebody can point me to a webshop (preferable in english, that would make it loads easier for me ) or otherwise aid me in my quest. Pleeease help me fulfill my latest crave for music.

(Heck, I manage to track down another CD which I wanted, which turned out to be an asian release I imported from the USA, so I'm good at finding stuff normally, but this track..... nothing, nada, zip, keine )

Edit: the spanish webshop which didn't accept my VISA and haven't/wouldn't reply on my query was blancoynegro.com... anybody from that region know of this shop?

I think I can find it for you, but some of the sites I stumbled on are in Flemish only and on one I saw a person selling the CD single for 2€, I can also have a look in the shops tomorrow to give you an idea.

That sounds great You can find anything and everything via GameBanshee (I hope - I really want this track hehe)

As for the language barrier regarding webshops, then I might be able to deduct the shopping procedure anyways based on experience from other shops.

Well, this one is of ebay Belgium (in French), and in Dutch

This one seems to be a bit more difficult for you to handle, but if needed, I could play intermediary.

The others I found either refer to these or don't open correctly.

If at all possible, I'd personally avoid having to use "auctionsites" or "second hand selling", because of the language/national borders and thus the usual higher difficulties in money transfer and security of delivery plus quality of product.
I have no (few) issues transfering money abroad, but it has to be to parties I trust, but dealing via auctions via foreign nations is not something I'd feel to comefetable doing My preference would be actual webshops.

If that is impossible, we could find out something where you play middleman, but that would be placing some responsibilities on you though, which might cause you discomfort. However the amount of money requested at thoese sites (if successfull - as far as I can see they are auctiontypes, so minimum price, competition for items etc all can play an effect) is quite small, so I would think it would be relative expensive in administrative charges for me to get (you) others to do the trading for me and then having to move money to their accounts I remember investiagting this sometime back when Georgi helped me aquier some books from England

Edit: But I'll try and look at the eBay sites you linked to, and see what I can figure out, although it seems localized to national sales only

Xan if you don't have any luck with the e-bay sites, let me know. The shop of the other site is at a stone's throw from where my parents lived and I could pass there at one moment or another.

Hmm - I could try iTunes. I have never thought of using that site before, firstly because I don't have (or want) an iPod (dislike apple ) and because of the DRM they have embedded in their songs, both of which making things a bit more troublesome. (so cut out the "rolleyes" emote ).

While I generally have little problem with DRM I do when it comes to electronic music.

But perhaps I should try and look closer at it's store and what I can do with the music and their shipping.
(Edit: Decided to try iTunes - seeing as the song is cheap enough that I can mess things up - thanks you guys for the help)

Well I like helping people but I like to help people help themselves as well. Yes, yes evil DRM -- for those in the know it can be removed. I think they offer lossless music too but I don't know if it is in effect yet.

Well - if reading my initial post, you'd notice that posting here wasn't the first thing I did.
