Yea that's what I said. The movie release is called the Golden Compass. The first book in the Trilogy is Northern Lights. |

| | | My favorites would have to be the Legend of Drizzt series which is part of the forgotten realms by R.A Salvatore. hes a genius. Drizzt is a drow elf who doesnt fit in with the rest of his kin because he has feelings and isnt a killing machine like his father, zak. and he is the best swordsman in Menzoberranzan.

| | | I've looked through the posts but cant find anything about The Wheel of Time series. I am planning to start this series and looking for some insight. I've read Tolkien's books, Terry Pratchett's Diskworld, David Eddings' The Belgariad and The Malloreon and some more.
