I've had a short but sweet little experience with star wars games. Apart from playing a few of the earlier ones, I've had JK2 outcast, Jedi Academy and now KOTOR. Oh, and the Episode 1 game.
Outcast was just a great game because you could be a jedi

.
I thought that academy was great because you could choose your own character including facial features, light sabre colour, dark or light.
KOTOR I feel is even better as the dark or light choice has been expanded on greatly and the role playing qualities are even better(much)
Actually, when I got outcast I said "now if only you could get a game like this but with the cool things from Ep1 like choosing what you say". hehe, well I got that.
But being able to properly roleplay was difficult(for me) with this game. It was OK to begin with. I started off trying to imagine myself as a smuggler(perhaps Han Solo type) character. "Born on Tatooine and tried to escape from the dusty, boring world in search of bright lights, fun and adventure. But ended up as a low paid smuggler with a drinking problem." And then this smuggler becomes force aware.
Well, that was all ruined when I found out I was actually Reven.
Do you think we might get another game without quite so much written plot?
In fact, I wouldn't mind a game where you simply 'potter' for a bit. In this game you have a few side quests, but that's just what they are, they're on the side. They're just things you do to entertain yourself until you see that final cut scene.
What about the ability to hang around on the planet of your chosing for as long as you want. Perhaps random quests could pop up as they would do realistically.
OK, I really am blabbering now.
Anyway, what would you like to see improved on/see in the next SW game?
