Positech games

I've purchased a couple of games recently from Positech: Democracy, and Kudos. Got to say, I'm enjoying them. Kudos is sort of a Sim-Adult Life game, while Democracy lets you choose one of many nations to play, and run, making all sorts of policy and spending decisions--with the hopes of getting reelected. Neither is realistic, but both are fun, can run in the background.

Tried the demo of Starship Tycoon and Democracy... both seemed fun, even though the demos were quite short ones...

At least they're not time-limited, or lacking in features. You might also try Kudos, though it's more of a toy than a game, without any goal. Still fun, too.
