Crysis

There have been plenty of videos and features already, so lets discuss. Farcry was the one game that finally made me decide on a system upgrade and I'd be lying if I said I haven't been browsing TomsHardware a lot lately. Still, I think I'll be able to resist the urge a little while longer. If only because I can't spare the money for an upgrade anyway.

The visuals are a treat and the gameplay seems to be a little Deus Ex inclined. The augmentations sure are there alright. We may not see a System Shock level of interactivity, but I can live with that if it plays like Deus Ex enough.

So what do you think? It's nice to see the publisher is not going for death-by-marketing on this title.

Could you please post some links as well? It would be much easier to give an opinion after seeing some videos and/or reading some interviews...

I've heard a lot about Crysis. Can't say I was really interested in that game anyway. The same can be said of Far Cry even before I played the demo to see for myself how it plays. Don't really like the island theme in both Far Cry and Crysis since if you ask me.
