Armed and Dangerous

A friend of mine told me to check this game out the other day, so while I perusing a local Electronic Boutique today, I saw it for $30 CDN, and figured why not (I was paid yesterday, so cash to burn ). Anyway, at first, I was wondering why the hell he recommended it too me, as the install (a hefty 3.79 GB, unlike the 4.5 GB the req's say ) took a half an hour, and the game play was somewhat repetitive first person shooter.

I soon learned, though. The cinematics of this game are not only of high quality (cartoonish), but they are some funny stuff! It's a Lucas Arts game, so you can expect a somewhat off beat sense of humour, which is simply amazing. The game itself pokes fun of Star Wars all over the place. I won't get into too many details, as not to spoil it, but if you see this game in a used bin, or somewhere cheap, pick it up. It's worth the laughs from the cinematics.

I saw a review of the game on TV. I actually laughed out loud!
They said that, although the game is real funny, it's also short and a little repetive.

I´ve looked at the game, and played it a few times at a friends house.

Think it's one of those "Damn I realy screwedu my test from this morning"-Games.

Think I will buy it when it becomes niceprice.

Well, it's not far off saying it's short, and a tad repetitive. Like I said though, if you find it cheap, I'd recommend picking it up. I'm personally happy with the $30 I spent for it. It wasn't too much for it, and I'm getting some comedic value from it.

I dunno, it's alright, but hardly spectacular. after all, I have got Giants: Citizen Kabuto, and while there is the odd joke or feature that is amusing, it's essentially the same mix of charging around a series of open areas madly firing at stuff, interspersed with the odd puzzle. to be honest, after Giants and the demo, I'm not particularly bothered about the full game.

Bought the game (midterm week next week, and been using Diablo2 to relieve stess from it for a couple of years now, could use a change)

Have to say: LOVE IT.

Great humor, nice gameplay, simple but fun. And the movies are hilarious.
