Update problem

I just brought Neverwinter nights II. But i got a problem, every time i try to update the game using the automatic updater it says that i dont have enough disk space on my hard drive. My problem is that i got 4gb free space on the hard drive where i have installed the game. It can't be true that the patch is larger than 4gb. So does anyone know how to solve the problem or have a link to a page where i can DL the patch mannually
