| | | SPOILER* Question about the construct. I am in chapter two. I just got Cross Roads keep, I have the construct in the basement. Grobnar tells me he just needs some glowing ink to get the thing restarted. I have no idea where to get this any Clues? |

| | | I think you have to take Grobnar as a party member to the cave beneath Ember's well. Go to the glow stone and Grobnar will take some liquid and say that he can use it as ink. |

| | | Aww, hey what happens if you've already taken the stone and given it
to the Dryad? |

| | | It has nothing to do with the stone. I didn't take it (and give it to who?) for example.
It's the water in the spring next to the stone that Grobnar takes as ink. |

| | | That is correct, and you allso need the rune from "gem mine" it`s a Quest place, book of golem "thingiworkes" dont remember what the book is calld but something like book of golem______. And the tome of Iltkazar (a book) will help you to with the construct but how i dont know. "" You get it off a Shadow Reaver when you go to "rescue" Callum after Highcliff has fallen. ""
"Info on where Ilkazar book will be retrived is from Super Moderator Xandax. |

| | | I think it is called "the book of construct" and you can also get it in your keep.
It's on top of one of the bookshelf in the library (third shelf on your left when you come in). |

You get the Iltkazar tome from a shadow reaver and the ancient art of golemcraft (which is the book needed for the construct) from the library in your keep. |

| Yea, that's it, The ancient art of golemcraft. You can both get that in your library and in the gem mine (Statue of Purifacation quest). |

| | | Boosted The tome of Ithkazar may not be needed to work the golem, but it does boost it. Or so I'm guessing; while I never did get the thing to work, it does examine as looking much stronger than before, etc. |

| | | *scratches head* Weren't the upgrades also simply possible if you had the right feats, like Craft Alchemy, Craft Weapon, Craft Armor? I remember I did those upgrades to the Construct way before we ever got our hands on the Tome of Iltkazar.

| | Can anybody tell me *how* to actually get Grobnar to take the liquid in the spring as ink? Does he have to be in your party when you first venture through the Ember Cave? I took him there after reading this thread, but there was no reaction. I had already cleared the cave of the goblins and spiders and finished the Trial at the time. Sorry for hi-jacking
So long,

So long,
Sol | Once you have the Keep and the Construct is actually in your basement, you should be able to get the Glowing Ink. There should even be a Journal entry that mentions it ( which is kind of weird, because Grobnar himself never mentions anything about the Glowing Ink until you actually find it ). Just make sure Grobnar's in your party whenever you go there ( doesn't have to be on your first run through Ember ) and that the Glowing Ink isn't in the same pool as the Glowstone, but in the pool on the right side of that cave.

| | Ah, so it's another pool. Guess that explains why it didn't work for me. Thank you
