Shandra's farm

I have just arrived at Shandra's farm only to find some dead Githyanki players and no sign of Shandra.

Where is she and what am i meant to do?

Is this the first time you are visiting the farm? If not, are you there to save her and bring her to the Flagon?

If the answer is the latter, then you will find her inside her house, just enter through the front door... if its the former, then i think it may be a bug

What should i do? Is there any cheat codes to finish a quest so that i can carry on?

There is a door to her house, but i cant open it and i cant bash it as it is indestructable. How can i get in?

Is your game full patched? Also have you tried using an earlier save point?

yeh its fully patched.

I have tried multiple saves before getting to the farm, and each time i get to it, Shandra is not there.
