Is there a "travel to area" code I can enter?

(Decided to have another go at NWN2 after giving up in January and was not using the walkthrough this time; that ended quickly. )

When I meet up with Elanee and we are in Maiden's Glade, I forgot about the huge enraged bear that was another druid and went for the exit. Now I'm at the Githyanki base and remembered that you can't go back afterwards. I traveled to my world map and Maiden's Glade and Skymirror aren't there.

A: Do I need Elanee in my party to have it show up?
B: Did I lose out totally by not finding the bear?
C: Is there a debug mode code I can enter to go to these places? I swear I've just spent the last hour looking for one and cannot for the life of me find it.
D: Why don't I ever remember to periodically save, darn it?!
