Invisibility and Move Silently?
If I have invisibility on and points in my move silently skill, is my move silently skill automatically active or need I additionally go into stealth mode?

I would imagine you'd need to go in stealth mode but I am not sure

Its automatic.
"Invisible creatures automatically enter stealth mode."
It helps considerably with a Warlock and "Walk Unseen".

are you certain? Invisible characters enter stealth mode but don't move any slower than they normally do?

yes. Hide is the function that makes them move slower, here you don't use hide.
