help replacing armor

So I kinda want to get rid of the grey tunic you get as default clothing in Neverwinter Nights 2 (it really sucks there is practically no additional clothing anywhere in the game that characters other than monks or mages can wear). I downloaded a cloth-ish armor that I think will do nicely, but I don't really know how to replace stuff in the game. I know I have to work with the override folder, and I *probably* just need to rename the armor files I downloaded to that of the grey tunic. But I don't know how what those files are called.

Could someone please help me out?

Just to be clear, I meant the non-class specific clothing everyone gets at the start. That's all.

..a slightly different method:

Start the game (or any module like Vordan's Hero Maker).

"Export" your 1st level no-experience character (..or save it with experience if you want - say perhaps to void the level penalties for certain races).

Go into the toolset and make your own armor with about any look you want.

Start that "toolset module" and pick up the armor and export your character again.

Start the game with that latest "exported" character.
