Few problems with the construct and khelgar (SPOILER)

Hello everyone!

I´m in chapter II and trying to change Khelgar into a monk but I get failure in the influence test with Khelgar.I have passed all the tests and then the monk asks if Khelgar wants to join monk or stay as a fighter but which ever I choose it fails.Is this somekind of bug because I didn´t find similiar occaisons here.

And my second problem is that the rune stone, which is needed for the Construct, is lost. I found it in the Gem Mines but when I got back to Keep it wasn´t in my inventory anymore. Is there anyway I can get it back without playing Mines again? I really hope there is because my little brother saved over my savegames and I think I would have to start from the chapter I

how much influence do you have on kelghar? if you have enough influence on him, he can become a monk, (but i think he's better as a fighter)

Even though I have played through twice, I have never done Khelgar's quest, so I not sure, but it sounds like you simply don't have enough influence on him. In the walkthrough here, it says you will automatically fail the check to keep him a fighter.

You can easily get that stone. Just have to "tp" it into your inventory via the console. You must open the console (might have to set DebugMode 1 first) and enter the tag. The tag can be found when you open the toolset and search under "items" I believe.

If you cannot figure it out, post and I will write directions.

Cyrinn, I have never used console before so you might have to help me with this one I tried to find the tag for the rune but it says "there's no such item" or something...So, if you know how to do it,I would appreciate your help!
