Dual Weilding on Quick Bar?

In NW, you could drag both weapons onto the quick bar to change from your ranged weapon back to both weapons in dual mode fairly easily without having to jump into the inventory screen.

I haven't been able to do this in NW2, does anyone know how to do this?
