Question decreased movement?

I'm in neverwinter and had a fight with thugs extorting Hagen (I joined the city watch as a fighter) and now both myself as neesha have decreased movement and nothing removes it. Anyone know what to do?
I tried resting, remove disease, neutralize poison, lesser restoration it just doesn't work :-(

That sounds like a special rogue ability in effect and bugged that wasn't put into the game to be honest. Tell me, what is your Strength for those two characters? Did it go down from something happening in the fight?

Being in stealth mode will decrease movement. Holding too much in your inventory will decrease movement, too.

Tracking, Searching (depending on character) etc will also land you in a slower movement speed.
Check the "modes" (normally) placed down in the right corner of your screen that one of them aren't activated.
