I read through the walkthrough and have followed the directions but still cannot fill the empty bottle. I "loot" the empty bottle, stand next to the water, click the vase of water, then drop the empty bottle..and nothing happens! Very Frustrating! is there some trick to it? I have tried my main character, NPCs, unequipped their weapons and shields, and no luck! I have even updated the game to ver 1.13. Any advice?
