Augment Summoning Feat

Hi All

This may have been posted already, or mentioned in game patch notes. If so I apologise for not seeing it.

I have been trying with my druid (and indeed any spell casting class) to take the Augment Summoning feat. It only has one gateway feat being Spell Focus (Conjuration).

However regardless on what I do, it never opens up as an option for a feat. Indeed when you click on the Spell Focus feat it only lists it as a pre-requisite for Greater Spell Focus and Arcane Defense.

So my question is, does anyone know if it has been removed, or if it has not, how to actually get it?
