the empty keg tavern in hotu(spoiler)
ok guys where do i find the key that opens up the tavern in waterdeep.i tried bashing it,pick lockings it. nothing works
help pls

I'm unsure which tavern you mean?
But if you talk about the "exterior" in Waterdeep in the beginning of the game, then most of the areas are simply closed off.
