I am in the room with the thre stone statues.
I have the first one pointed at the door and its shooting away.

The other two i cant move because of some hidden mechanism.

the satues are sorrunded by a shield of some sort.

i have looked at all the other post but cant find the answer

If I recall correct, then the statues lock into place once you pull the leaver near them. After that has happened you can't turn them anymore and this "puzzle" is thus locked. (Not smart of Bioware, but hey - what can you do).
The way it is supposed to work is that all statues are to be turned towards the door and then locked in place, blowing the door up.

You don't loose anything plot critical other then some (random?) loot and gold, so I'd suggest just moving onwards.
