Some NWN-questions

I have several questions about NWN, some of them may be a bit stupid, but I'll ask them anyway.
Here goes.

1. When I create quests, is it possible to change the different monster's behaviour, for example how agressive they are, weapons, magic an so on?

2. Does anyone know of a good website where I can find out more about how to create my own worlds?

3. Is it possible to create dialogues in NWN? For example like Baldurs Gate with multiple answers, there different answer means a change in the storyline?

Please help me....

I have heard it is possible to create a so called 'dialogue-tree', but I am not certain, since I still have to wait for a week or so till it is released here.

BTW: Have you heard of the scripting course in the NW Vault ?? It could help a lot.
