Yeah, I was just looking at the official faq, and it looks like you will be able to use the toolset to design single-player campaigns. I would bet good money that this will be one of the more popular features. I for one have a hard time with scheduling, etc. of good multi-player play, and I think there will spring up a large group of people who will find designing and sharing single-player modules just as fun as playing. Drool. The replay value here is enormous.
