Silver chalice

I found a silver chalice of moonbow,
does anyone know what it is for?

I also have a silver ring, and i can't remember who it is for, and the journal doesn't mention it.

Nope. It's for the Elven Cleric (Linu La'Neral). Just because you haven't used anybody else doesn't mean that you won't find their items

No, you have to build up the dialogue between you as you level up with her, same as Tomi. So everytime you speak to Tomi at level up, you should have asked him to tell you about his past and listened to his stories. Eventually he gives you the quest, which is to search for the Star of Calimshan if I remember rightly.

Whel I spoke to hem after every level up, but at a certain point, i said "are these the documents" blablabla veryveryhappy new ring, quest over.

So if I was able to finsisch Tommi's quest, does this mean I could finisch the other henchman quests if I have the items?

Well, that depends how many level ups you have left, and how long you keep the other henchmen with you.

Well, as long as you have the items, and you speak with them, you should be OK to get everything!

The elixir Sharwyn needs can be found in the rich woman's (Tangle-something) home in the Peninsula district. It's kinda of isolated but it's connected to the prison (as an alternate entrance) so you shouldn't have trouble finding it. I recall it's on an alchemist's table in a room on the first floor.

As for the other henchmen, all you have to do is wait till you're a certain level. Once you have enough levels, you can get the dialogues for all of them. It doesn't matter if you just picked them up at Trade of Blades.

You might want to check out some walkthroughs like these ones:
