Ring of the Rouge +4?

Ok, amuse me here, How in god's name do you get the ring to be a +4? Do you have to go through the game twice or something?

Sorry if I am asking only ring questions, but I am curious since it seems no one else has asked them...

Well - all items from the hechmen improves each chapter when you do their quests.

So tomis ring there, would be +1 when you do his quest in chapter one, become +3 when you do his quest in chapter 2 and +4 in chapter 3.
