Where is this guy named Belman that Tomi Undergallows is looking for? I've looked all over the place and I can't find the damn guy in order to get the forged documents.

although i would have to play nwn nights to be exactly sure, which means that i would be sitting spellbound in front of it for the next few hours, i do remember picking up a set of obviously forged documents expounding on someone's whereabouts in calimsham, which i thought was coincidental considering tomi is lately of there. they were in the beggar's area, with the zombies, specifically in the wheelwright's shop in the bottom right corner. hope this is helpful.
