Port Last Mines? help. where is the key?

I have just started playing Never Winter Nights. I am at the Portlast mines and I guess I need a key to get past the doors. I have been all over and have not been able to find a key? Where is the key?

Minor spoiler information:



The locked door is part of the Bounty Hunter quest you can get back in Port Llast from Kendrack in Kendrack's Barracks. Ask him about who he is, and he should give you a bounty hunting quest, where you will track down some prisoners. Afterwards, he will need you to perform some other quest, which takes part in the locked mines.
