need some advice

i'm playing a human ranger(6) rogue(1) (str 14, dex 17, con13, int 10, wis 13, cha 10) on original campaign. though i've played bg2 and iwd2 before, i'm having hard times with nwn. in ancient brothers tomb skleleton warriors keep killing me,my bear and shawyn. and i couldn't kill the boss brother toras. maybe i can handle him with lots of save-loads and lots of stone of recall uses but i dont like that kind of play.so should i start over with a guide or is it normal to have difficulties?

thanks in advance

Just to let you know, in your post you said you were at lvl 7. You should be around lvl 9-10 when you fight Brother Toras. Spoiler; highlight to read better.
First, go to a place with easier bad guys. I suggest going up the north road and clearing out the goblins. Then take the trolls on east road. You should also do all the mini quests to get back your lvl that you seemed to miss. BTW, use blunt weapon to fight skeleton warriors. Good Luck
