Nasher's Cloak? HoU

Hi,

Anyone knows how to obtain Nasher's Cloak?
I completed the game Hordes of Underdark twice and I never obtained this cloak.
Somebody can help?

The locations are right, however... even having all the items (so reaching a new cumulative superpower) it seems to me you can find better stuff in HotU...
