Question Module making

I dont mean to act like a noob. But when making NWN modules how do you make a starting point? I could make the module just fine and put the people and items and all into it but when I tried to save the module it says I need to have a starting point to it. It could just be me I haven't been playing NWN very long I am only in the second chapter. So if someone could just tell me what I need to do I would appreciate it.
