making spells

how do i make custom spells from scratch? this may not have to do with the game, but i couldnt find a forum that realtes to this. i have searched the vault for a spell maker, but found nothing. i have downloaded custom effects, but to no avail. how do i do it?

AFAIK, you can scribe spells from the game onto scrolls but you can't combine effects to make completely new ones.

You need to change the script of the spell of your choice. Let's say you take the script for the magic missile and change the properties of it into whatever effect you want it to have (100 cold damage). Unfortunaly, I don't know how to change scripts.

when i went on the vault and downloaded spell effects 10, there was a screenshot of an editor with all spell effects. and where do i go to get into the scripts of the spells?

You would probably be better off asking your question on the forums at the vault.

To alter scripts, you need to go into the Toolset. This is not at all a trivial exercise, especially if you don't have a programming background, and creating new spells is a fairly advanced topic. I would recommend becoming familiar with what is available in the toolset first. There are some excellent tutorials at the vault.

i have talent in finding out how to do things. im not trying to be an bit... i mean jerk, but how do i make custom spells?

fly will be a very intersiting custom spell even leviate or walk on water .
I did not invite them just borow theem from another game LoL
I don't think the game will Know how to implant them
