Im looking for a hak that will customize shields so that they will give minuses to AB(tower-6, large-4, small-2). They are just so overpowered, i want to encourage every kind of char. I also want the large, 2.handed weapons to have 1 less attack per turn than other weapons. These are for a module im making and it will(hopefully) become a server.
