| | | Bars of Mithral is also used for crafting items.
I've never crafted in NwN so I can't tell you what excat use it has, but it is connected with crafting. Higher quality items most likely. |

| | | the diamond is in a trapped chest in the lowest basement level of the tavern in the docks - in the pirates' hq area, not in the tavern itself. |

| | More crafting supplies can be found in chapter 2 Charwood, in Karlats tower.
Ironwood, firebeetle belly, slaads tongue (the place teems with slaads )
Search all nooks and crannies, sometimes a good item also shows up!. |

| | | Not sure if they exactly count as weapons, but as a wizard ( sorcerer too, maybe ), it's a good idea to collect skeleton bones ( not the knuckles, the large bones that look like femurs ). If you've taken the 'Craft Wand' skill, you can create bone wands, which are a god's end for a wizard. You can store any spell up to Lvl. 5 in those wands, for a certain sum of money and a few experience points.
That way, you can store up to 43 spells ( that's the most I ever had - 43 x Ice Storm in one wand ) of one kind in one wand and assign it to your quickbar.
