How do I kill the wise wind?

People HELP!!!
I am a 11th level wizzard and I am trying to fight the Wise Wind... Oh my god! How does anybody kill that thing!?!? Magic doesn't dammage it, my weapons only damage by very few points and it keeps on regenerating and bombing me with ICE!!!
I think I have tryed like 20 times... I just can't believe that I will not be able to pass this point in the game...

PLEASE HELP!

I KILLED IT!!! I think it is just luck! It didn't regenerate not even once this time... Anyway, thanks.

P.S. Oh, I used missile spells, they were the only ones that seemed to affect it
