How do I create an Area Drop?

Hi in this guy's script for respawning monsters he says to just create an area drop in the creatures and your done. Thing is no place I can find says anything on how to create an area drop including him. How do I do it?

Also, are there other ways to have your critters wonder around and respawn?

I think he means that you have to create an area using the construction set then place the monsters in there and when you use that area they will respawn.

Thanks for the reply.

I used an existing map and imported the .erf file and then tried. Then I removed the monsters and placed new ones in there. Then I dropped the spawn time down to 30 sec. All three times nothing.
