HoTU - Golems (Spoiler)

I have just made it to the bottom level of the Maker's ruins and killed him. I then found the key to the golem machine there, off the maker's -corpse' if you can call it as such, and activated.

Where was I supposedly to find the parts to make the golem at? I realize there have been golems all over this place, but I've yet to see any drop me a piece of their body... I even systematically went through each ruins level again to see if I missed something, but I hadn't .. .. other than a single locked door on the 1st level, to your right-hand side when entering; a door that requires a key I don't seem to have ever found.

So, can I find these golem parts or do I give up and go on with the Valsharess battle?

You find Golem parts on level 1. These aren't to be confused for the scenery parts that you can't pick up.
But you only find the parts if you are an arcane spell casting class, that is wizard and sorcerers. I don't know if Bards get to make it, though
(So no Golem making for fighter types, rogues or divine caster).
