HotU - an easier way for beating the Valsharess

Well, when I first fought her I was going totally crazy, for she healed herself lots of times, and always killed my poor character with some deadly spells. Then it dawned on me. Remember the obelisk from the beholder caves? My advice is: do not use it around the beholders, unless you really don't have anything to protect yourself with against their magic. (I was lucky to be a sorceress; I took out the Tyrant with a Finger of Death.) Anyway, keep the obelisk sphere until the Valsharess fight. As she appears, run to her and use the sphere right next to her. It will keep her from casting anything for a short while, she will keep on trying though, but without success. Warriors can attack her without too much trouble, she'll be too occupied waving around and shouting spells. For those who rely on magic, just run away from her, and you can cast spells while she cannot. Remember to return close to her and use the sphere again in about 30 seconds, for the effects do not last that long. The spell that causes her the most damage, as I found out, is Horrid Wilting.
