Host Tower levels 3,5,6,8

I can enter lvl 1 and 2. From lvl 2 (after finding the appropriate portal stone), I can enter lvl 4. From lvl 4, I can enter lvl 7. And from lvl 7, I can enter lvl 9 and the Pinnicle.

QUESTION: How can I have access to lvls 3,5,6 and 8? Where are the portal stones for these levels located? Thanks a bunch!
