Unhappy HELP! Question on using Staffs.

HELP!!!

I know this is a dumb question but for the life of me I can't seem to figure it out! I've managed to get my Wizard up to level 12 and am just starting Chapter 3 in NWN. During the first two chapters I was able to collect a lot of wands, rods and staffs. Right now I have two Staff's of Power and I just picked up the Staff of Valmaxian. This is great but one little problem. How the heck do I call on their power? Sure I can use them as clubs and they look cool running around glowing and such but it might be nice to toss a fireball from time to time one my guy's is running low on memorized spells in the middle of a huge melee. I know I can use the quick slots to use wands and have been casting spells with my wands with no problems.

What about staffs?

All this firepower and now way to use it. *Sigh*

Any help would be truly appreciated.

Ariss PlaneWanderer.

In a Gandlf-like voice "Did you not listen in class? Must I repeat myself again? Sigh.. oh well. Now listen carefully. The powers to a magical staff is unleashed by right clicking the staff either in your inventory or from the quick-slot-bar and accessing its radial menu. The spells held within the staff should then be displayed in purple-ish icons with a white number idicating the number of time you can still cast this spell from this item. This number will reduce depending on the charges spent, while some have a nice * which means unlimited casting, as it requires no charges. Note that by doing so from the quick-slot-bar, you may have selected to quick-cast that spell, and you may need to hit the hotkey to activate the spell. Am I clear? Now go play with some nice dragons...
